Swim Caps made with Lycra. These caps ARE NOT waterproof, but they help keep the chlorine from running through your hair and drying it out.

These caps are easier and more comfortable than the Latex ones that are available on the market.

Below is the cap that fits most head sizes, unless you have a large head.

Please leave a post if you are interested in purchasing a swim cap.

Cricut FEBRUARY MONTHLY CHALLENGE: Share the Love Challenge!

February, the month for love! Especially since my son was born on Valentine's Day!!

The Cricut monthly challenge is "What better way to share your love with someone else than to take the time to create a handmade gift for them?! We challenge you to do just that!"  And include at least 2 Cricut Image Cuts.

Valentine's day is full of flowers and candy.  What better way to show someone you love with handmade flowers that will last a LONG time.

The majority of the flowers are cut from the Florals Embellished cartridge.(Layer 2 shift)  I picked these flowers cause they have a heart shaped petal.  Additionally, two different flowers were cut from the Flower Bloom cartridge.  I added crystal brads to the middle of each flower.  The heart was cut from the Four Legged Friends cartridge.
I added a red ribbon and a Love charm to the valantine heart.
I hope you enjoy my bouquet as much as I enjoyed making it for a very special person.

Cricut DECEMBER MONTHLY CHALLENGE: Holiday Gift Wrapping Challenge

For the Cricut Circle blog the challenge is:  How do you use your Cricut to add details or personalization to your gift-wrapping for those special people in your life? Show us! We can’t wait to see your ideas!  AND include at least 2 Cricut Image Cuts.

I love presents wrapped in boxes with pretty ribbons bows.  I took an old tin and covered it with white paper.  Added some glitter and then cut out Christmas ornament shapes from the "Christmas Cheer" cartridge.  I topped my box off with a bow made with my new Cricut mini and the 2 cuts in two different sizes of the shadow of the round 3D ornament.  Added some roses for a nice detail.  Additionally, I put a pin on the back so the bow can be worn on clothing.  I hope you enjoy my Holiday Gift wrap!  Have a Merry Christmas holiday.

Cricut NOVEMBER EXCLUSIVE SOPHIE CARTRIDGE CONTEST!

This month for the Cricut magazine challenge, the guidelines are:
Use your Sophie cartridge for at least 3 cuts to create your project.
I love th Sophie cartridge.  Hope you enjoy my creation.

Using the Sophie cartridge, I cut out 3 of the birdcage and made the birdcage 3D.
Additionally, I cut out the birds in two sizes and a butterfly.

I cut the flower stems hanging down from Accent Essential cartridge and the flowers are from Mother's Day Bouquet (I just LOVE flowers.)

I hope you enjoy.
